Plovdiv

Hisarya
Named after Emperor Augustus, Hisar dates back thousands of years to the time when it was used as a Spa by the Romans.
Today, it still possesses some amazing Roman ruins, for example the ruins of city wall all over Hisar which amazingly survived the battles.
There are still Spa's located in Hisar and the water is known for its positive effects on the kidneys.
Sopot
Not far from the city of Banya is Sopot, with its beautiful mountains and paragliding competitions. There are lifts to enable visitors to enjoy the stunning views.
Starosel
Not only is Starosel known for Thracian cult complex of VI century BC. However, there are also local vineyards that provide tours of the incredible production and generation from grape to wine.
Karlovo
